  • Anyway here's the gist of things:
    • Divine Bloodline: Heir to the eastern oceans in his world; can communicate telepathically with marine life.
    • Elemental Magic: Mastery over the element of water; proficient with lightning and wind.
    • Aura: The ability to use aura to empower physical attributes or create and manipulate constructs.
    • Empathy: The ability to feel others' emotions; can also create emotions and force them onto others.
    • Psychometry: The ability to peek into the memories of objects, places, and people through physical touch.
  • Notably Absent Powers include:
    • Soul Flame, which is defunct while Kaito resides in Visium.
    • The Heritor's Domain, which Kaito does not have access to (yet).
  • Kaito took the golden potion, which grants him Animal Transformation. He can freely shift between his normal state and a black kibby with blue eyes.

  • Off Limits: Written depictions of snakes are okay, real-life pictures are not.

  • Physical Affection: Go for it! Kaito might reflexively flinch if it's from a stranger and because of pain that used to come about from physical contact.
  • Flirting: Absolutely! Kaito ranges from being a fairly okay flirt to an absolute cinderblock.
  • Kissing: Better have a good reason, or he's going to have Words™ for your character...
  • Romance: I'm a sucker for ships. Talk to me about cute or spicy things. Got a preference for M/F when it comes to intimacy, but appropriate CR will absolutely unlock bisexual routes.
  • Fighting Please. I love fight scenes. Just keep in mind that I write with a bad case of Anime™, so things might get a little ridiculous!
  • Injury: Minor injuries are fine, especially in combat situations. Ask me about more severe injuries.
  • Mind-reading: Absolutely possible, though Kaito has decent skill in sealing his emotional state and guarding his mind from reads.
  • Manipulation: Mostly impossible from a power standpoint, assuming both parties are of equal ability (referenced in his general info page). 'Course, this is only against other players. Kaito's unfortunately more susceptible than usual when it comes to the whims of Vaeros and the game at large. :>

  • Kitty Scarf: A yellow scarf wrapped around a leather tag with an oval metal tag that reads "Meowsworth" on both sides. It serves to hide his pendant while he's wearing it in cat form.
  • Empty Bottle: An empty glass bottle that once contained his potion. What color was the liquid again...?
  • Tsuribari: (lit. 'fish hook') A magical spear enchanted by the goddess Otohime. One of Ryugu-jo's treasures. It can create and control the element of water in all of its states of matter.

  • [2]His father's a plain ol' human. His mother's a kami of the sea. He doesn't really advertise his divinity, but it's not a huge secret either.
  • [3]After a canon update and his second return to Visium, Kaito is a bit conflicted over which memories are truly his—those that he remembers before returning to the garden, or those of the Kaito who lived in-game before him. He's a bit leery of everyone who claims to have made memories with him but is trying to at least be civil. ...That isn't stopping him from continuing the act as Professor Meowsworth, though. He thinks that's hilarious and worth following unquestioningly.

Other Notes for Sagi: Sorry I forgot to fill this out. Feel free to use any of Kaito's abilities with Arrakis!

Arrakis looks human but he's secretly a being made of magic that's tied to his human soul. His human body is a physical echo of his human past that's crafted from his memories of when he was human. This is an important detail for Kaito's abilities.

Aura Reading - Arrakis's aura probably looks and feels a bit strange. His human body doesn't give off much life energy at all since it's just a vessel crafted from Arrakis's memories. Instead his aura is strongest with his magic, and especially around his eyes. His aura has an otherworldy sense to it and it feels like a mirage, although it feel more tangible when he gives his magic a physical shape with his wind magic.

Empathy and Emotional Manipulation - These two have some intriguing potential! Since Arrakis's magic is tied to his soul Kaito will feel the same otherworldly energy from his aura woven into his thoughts and emotions as well. It will be particularly noticeable with stronger emotions. Feel free to play with this however you want! Also since his magic resonates with his emotions Kaito could potentially influence his magic if he manipulates Arrakis's emotions.

For all powers that require physical contact, touching Arrakis's magic would have the same affect as touching him directly since it's a part of him, not just an ability. (Sorry Kaito)
